Decentralized Product Test on an Ergonomic Mattress

For a mattress manufacturer, Berlin-based contract research organization analyze & realize GmbH started a product test with around 60 test participants in 2021. The electronic patient diary ("eDiary") and the Climedo study module were used for this purpose, as well as activity trackers. Special use was made of the automated send-out of questionnaires as well as validations and the fixed scheduling of web links to improve the data quality.
