This hotfix version 4.6.4 includes but is not limited to the fixes below:
- If the table field is the first required field in the form, it is correctly counted into the fill-out percentage.
- The default position of sliders is always correctly set based on the study setup.
- Unscheduled event forms can be added to subjects at all times.
- SDV progress calculation is done correctly.
