This hotfix version 4.9.7 includes but is not limited to the fixes below:
- Publishing a sandbox study is now possible when removing a field or option that was previously used in a form dependency.
- Changes in the forwarding email in Step 4 are now correctly saved in the active study when the sandbox is published.
- Deleting a field in an (S)AE form and publishing the change now works as expected.
- Fields in ePRO and survey forms are now instantly disabled once saving is initiated.
- When auto‑navigating to a destination form in ePRO or survey, option labels are now displayed for mirrored choice fields.
- Automated queries are now always triggered successfully, regardless of the configured order in Step 5.
- “Less than/more than” validations with comparison no longer trigger when one of the fields is empty in ePRO forms.
- A new survey entry is now recreated if the previous one was archived, preventing broken links.
- Legal notice update (Section 2).
- “Form not completed” notifications are now only sent if the form was visible at the time of send‑out.
- A user without any randomization access right no longer sees the randomization button in the subject eCRF.
- Field updates on duplicated forms within the sandbox environment now work as expected.
