With our minor release 4.11.0 we introduced several new features, improvements and bugfixes. See the most important updates below:
New Features & Improvements:
- Comprehensive Study Exports & Documentation: Climedo further expands its export and documentation capabilities to better support audits, inspections, and internal reviews.
- System Audit Trail Export: Export the complete system audit trail of a study at any chosen point in time, providing a consolidated and inspection-ready record of all study-setting changes.
- Study & Survey Settings Export: Generate structured exports of study and survey configurations, including forms, fields, workflows, notifications, validations, and automated logic.
- Extended Annotated PDF (aPDF): The annotated PDF now includes all relevant study settings and configurations, combining structure, logic, and documentation into a single comprehensive file.
- New Export Options: Additional exports are now available for site information, lab data, and eConsent data, supporting reconciliation, reporting, and documentation needs.
- Extended Translation Support for (S)AEs: To better support international and multilingual studies, the translation module has been extended to (S)AE forms.
- Translations for (S)AEs now follow the same import logic as scheduled events.
- All (S)AE fields, validations, and predefined header fields, including pre-filled fields, can be translated.
- Users can select from the configured study languages to ensure a consistent multilingual experience across the platform.
- Stronger Control Over Critical Data Entry: Study designers now have greater control over mandatory data collection: The N/A (unavailable) option can be disabled on field and form level, ensuring that critical data points must be completed by sites where required.
