This hotfix version 4.11.1 includes, but is not limited to, the following fixes:
- Users with view/read management rights can now open configuration popups in Step 2 (Access) without edit permissions.
- The side menu toggle icon has been redesigned to improve visibility and usability.
- The system now correctly distinguishes between mobile and landline phone numbers during subject enrollment and updates, preventing false validation errors.
- Removing a pending collaborator now only affects the respective study or survey.
- “N/A” is now correctly displayed in PDF and Excel/CSV horizontal exports when enhanced table cells or matrix rows are marked as unavailable.
- The browser no longer gets stuck on loading in certain scenarios.
- Guest users deactivated across studies are now only removed from the specific study or survey selected.
- Images embedded in rich text fields remain stable when updated or added after initial save.
- (S)AE changelog notifications now include both option labels and stored values for full transparency.
- Advanced table column settings can now be opened in active studies/surveys and by users with view input form rights.
- Long form display labels are now fully visible on hover in study/survey steps and (S)AE popups.
- When a study or survey is set to “Active” or “Completed”, custom notification settings become read-only to prevent unintended changes.
- The dropdown in enrolled subject notifications no longer closes immediately after opening.
- Selected modules remain visible and highlighted in the sidebar.
- Search functionality in Reports and Trigger Events (Step 5) has been improved.
- Site names are now fully visible on hover in filter widgets and subject overview when truncated.
- If a race condition occurs during an amendment, the amendment now fails safely to prevent data overwrites.
- When saving a form that contains fields with special characters in database labels, those fields are now clearly listed in the error message popup.
- The option to select “N/A” on field level is now visualized in the form setup view for better transparency.
